Air Defense and Radar System Upgrades

Throughout 2025 and into 2026, Bulgaria continued upgrading radar coverage and
command-and-control systems to align with NATO Integrated Air and Missile Defense
(NATINAMDS). These upgrades enhance early warning and airspace surveillance, particularly in
the Black Sea region.
